Better Nights (some nights by fun)

some nights i stay up cashing in my sorrowssome nights i call it a drawsome nights i wish my hands could feed the worldsome nights i wish they would just fall off
but i still l wake upi still have hopeoh lord,i'm still not sure what i really wantwhat do we really want?what do we really want?most nights, i don't know anymore.

we were never one to believe the hypesave that for the privilegedwe're twice as good but half as likedbut here they come again to jack our style
But it's alrightfound an answer in my  bed tonightstops my heart from wondering whywhy? why? why?
sometimes i wish that this all would end'cause we could use some peace for a changeand some nights i'm scared war would takeoversome nights we always win 
so this is it?we sold ourselves out for  this?washed our hands in that for this?prayed so hard for this?
this is it worldten years of this and i'm not sureif any one would understandthis is for the folks in the middle of it

you  wouldn't believe the beauty that could come from a lot of sadness or the jewels among the rough. we can always find peace and happiness in the midst of chaos.
